Tiger Strength and Speed: Foundations

Kick-start your fitness and strength-building journey with our Foundations class! Designed for Junior High students, this course covers lifting fundamentals, speed training, cardiovascular health, and flexibility. Students will learn proper form for strength exercises while building agility and speed through drills. They will also learn how to incorporate cardiovascular fitness into daily routines. Whether aiming to boost performance or adopt a healthier lifestyle, this class provides the tools to get started.
