Pre-KindergartenOur Pre-K program serves children ages 3, 4, & 5. Children must turn 3 before Sept. 1 of the enrolling school year and be fully potty trained. Classes focus on social growth, early learning skills, and building confidence in a supportive environment. Morris Area Pre-Kindergarten classes believe that learning is a social process in which children grow through play, exploration and inquiry. Strong family, school and community partnerships help ensure a child’s success in school. Our curriculum consists of Creative Curriculum, Second Step, Fundations, and Heggerty. Teaching Strategies GOLD is the assessment guidelines we use to determine student physical, social, mental, and emotional growth.
