Tae Kwon Do is a traditional Korean martial art focused on hand and foot combat. In this class, students will master the fundamental stances, kicks, and blocks while enhancing their flexibility, balance, and coordination. Progression is based on individual skill levels, and new students are welcome to start at any time. Families can take advantage of a 50% discount for the third family member enrolled. We highly encourage parents to join in and practice alongside their children for a fun and bonding experience.
