Life Toolkit Enrichment Series
Ages 18+
This Enrichment Series is designed to teach participants practical, hands-on skills for self-sufficiency and creativity through cooking, gardening, sewing, and more. The course aims to equip individuals with the knowledge and techniques needed to enhance their everyday life, promote sustainability, and foster a sense of accomplishment. Free childcare by qualified providers will be provided for attendees. The series is sponsored by the Morris Area Women of Today and the Clifford J. Benson Center for Community Partnerships. CPR & AED Training
This class covers the basics of CPR and AED use. Participants will practice CPR and learn how to recognize when CPR and AED use is needed. This course focuses on CPR and AED, with a brief first aid overview. The class fee includes a CPR/AED certificate upon completion.

Intro to Using Canva
Canva is a popular, user-friendly, free online design tool used to create professional-looking graphics, presentations, and videos without advanced design skills. Customize posters or marketing materials with ease and creativity. Hosted by SCMC Marketing Director Angie Cole, she will teach how to use this tool and share graphic design best practices to apply in your customizations. Bringing a personal laptop is recommended, but a tablet can be provided. Leave with the skills and ideas for your next event or communication needs!

Foundational Techniques of Makeup Application
This class introduces foundational techniques of natural and glam makeup. Students learn to enhance facial structure, understand product purpose, and develop a repeatable process. Skills include skin prep, base application, brow shaping, highlight and contour, and eye looks from subtle to dramatic. Emphasis is placed on blending, color harmony, and adapting to different face shapes and lighting. By the end, students can create both everyday and glam looks.

Learn about the parts of your car, where they’re located (yes, sometimes the battery is in the back seat), how to change a tire, and simple maintenance tips to keep your vehicle running smoothly.
