Junior Golf LessonsRecreationInstructors: PDT Golf StaffGrades 3 - 6 Completed This instructional program at the Pomme De Terre Golf Club will provide the junior golfers with the proper fundamentals for the game of golf. The topics covered will be proper etiquette, grip, stance, and set-up, putting, chipping, pitching, and full swing. Bring your own clubs or there are junior clubs for purchase in the pro-shop. Little Little LeagueRecreationCoordinator: Tim GroveGrades K - 2 Completed Get ready to have a fantastic softball/baseball experience! MACE and Coach Grove are committed to making this program the best beginner program in West Central Minnesota. This co-ed program will focus on developing the skills necessary to be a successful softball or baseball player while keeping the “fun” in fundamentals. The players will be divided into smaller groups to increase fielding and batting opportunities. The coaches will do most of the pitching to keep the mini games and drills moving. In this program, we use Softie training balls and tennis balls. Athletes can bring and use their personal batting helmet - however they are not required. Please bring your glove, appropriate footwear, and a water bottle to practice each day.
