Where: Morris Public Library Community RoomWho: Kindergarten through twelfth grade self-motivated writersOrganized by: Lisa Bevevino & PGLF (prairieinklings@gmail.com)What: Open to you--a student of any age as long as you can write and want to do that in a quiet community with friends. Whether you're writing poems, graphic novels, songs, plays, screenplays, letters, short stories, your first (or second orthird!) novel, family history, or some other kind of text, this club is for you! Many weeks, you'll spend the first half hour of each session completing a short guided writing andoptional sharing activity. The next hour will be spent writing on your own or workshopping your writing with someone of your same interest or writing and reading level. Other weeks, we will have more organized projects. Parents of very young children are encouraged to stay at the library and read and relax during the club until their child is comfortable staying on their own.
