Enrollment: The following things are needed before registration is complete and your child can start attending either summer care program: 

 1) Student Registration on Arux with completed question forms (Allergy, Medication, permission & release, etc). 

2) The Summer Sizzle registration fee and monthly contracted days are paid for in advance 

 3) You have read and understood the content of the Parent Handbook 

 *Enrollment will be limited to 12 students per pod to create approved staff/student ratios and safety measures. 

Pickup/Drop-Off When a student arrives at Summer Sizzle, they are responsible for signing in at the iPad with staff. Drop-off can occur anywhere from 7:45 until 8:30 a.m. Other Drop-off times must be predetermined and scheduled with the Summer Care Coordinator. Summer Sizzle students may be dropped off and picked up from the front doors of the MACE Wing. If you will be picking up your child before 4:45 p.m., please buzz in at the Community Education doors and remain at the entry. If you are picking up your child between 4:45—5:15 p.m., please remain with your vehicle in the pick up lane, and a staff member will bring your child out. All children must be picked up by parents or other authorized persons. Only those persons authorized on their registration form will be allowed to pick up the child. If someone other than an authorized person will be picking up your child, the Summer Care Supervisor or Coordinator must be notified. We will not release a child to any person not listed on the registration form. For any adjustments, appointments, change in plans please contact the Summer Care Coordinator so we can arrange that adequately if possible. The summer care staff is not responsible for a child's welfare after he/she leaves.

Pricing: There is a one time non-refundable registration fee upon enrollment, dependent on the date of registration. This registration fee may not be used to pay a Summer Sizzle bill balance. Financial assistance is available, based on need. Please register in advance for any of the 10 weeks. 

April Early Bird : $35 per child | $65 per family 

 May - August : $50 per child | $95 per family 

Summer Sizzle:  $35 for a full day ($49 for drop in care if available) Families are required to pre-pay for your scheduled days by the 28 of the prior month. 

Tiny Tigers: $45 for a full day - This is a consistent schedule. We need to pay for every day weather attending or not. 

Program Dates and Times: 

Summer Care will be in session during the summer months Monday - Thursday, from 8 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. , Monday, June 1  - Thursday, August 13. 

Summer Care will not be in session on Fridays or the week of July 6 - July 10.
